+
+Single-script Windows 11 dev environment provisioning.
+
+## What It Does
+
+`bootstrap.ps1` installs and configures:
+
+- Visual Studio 2022 Community with VC++ and Windows 11 SDK
+- Scoop package manager
+- Git, Node.js, Go, Python, Neovim, ripgrep, fzf, Task, Nushell
+- LLVM, MinGW, clangd, QuickJS
+- Rust toolchain via rustup
+- tree-sitter CLI via cargo
+- Neovim config (`init.lua`) pulled from private Gitea instance
+
